Rigby Leighton
Rigby Leighton, Council Chair has over 37 years of experience in the health care field with expertise in statistical research and evaluation, financial planning and modeling, information system design, quality assurance, new program development and executive management.
He is currently an independent consultant in managed health care. Rigby received undergraduate degrees from Graceland College and the University of Michigan, and a M.S. from the University of California at San Francisco.
He was President of the Board of Trustees of the Sacramento Waldorf School for several years, and is currently Treasurer of the Christiana Foundation. Rigby is a 1997 graduate of the Nine Gates Mystery School and an active staff member of the School
